Little Leather Mini

Last week I went to a PR event at the Kenneth Cole store in Santa Monica. I wore a version of the outfit below to the event, but I felt uncomfortable the whole night. I wore a knee length leather skirt with a low boot but I knew the proportions were off. I felt short and pudgy the whole night. When I got home, I decided I was going to cut my skirt and make it a mini! I am much more pleased with the results of my edit! I also put on a pair of heels to elongate my body :) This outfit re-do cost me two pennies under $50!!
