{outfit post} My Husband's Shirt

Sunday, January 20, 2013

I'm the designated shopper in our house (as if that's not obvious). I do the shopping for groceries, toiletries and all clothing. The only thing I don't do is electronics. My husband is fairly easy going when it comes to apparel, his only stipulations are that it must be soft and not make him sweat. He basically lives in shorts and t-shirts. He is not fashion forward, I am aware of that and there's pretty much nothing I can do about it. I still try however, like the other day I brought home this plaid button down for him. He actually loved this shirt, but it was too big for him. We were both really bummed, because it's a great shirt! It's extremely soft and it has a worn in feel (i think it's almost see through in some places). Instead of taking the shirt back, I decided I wanted to keep it for myself. It's a mens extra large, so it is way too big for me too, but with a little knotting and rolling of the sleeves, you can hardly tell!

I paired the shirt with a pair of denim shorts and lace up boots. I have witnessed the trend of the mid calf lace up boot resurgence, but, I refuse to buy a pair of these cowboy inspired boots... I happen to already own a pair. When I went home over Christmas, I had my mom dig these old things out of the closet! They are over 13 years old and they have actual cow shit on them! Take that hipsters! I recognize that I look like a total hipster in this outfit, but It doesn't bother me. I love being able to create a look that is completely on trend while utilizing re-imagined materials.

You are totally rocking the hipster look! I'm like you, I don't really have a certain style because I find so many different pieces when thrifting. One day you're hipster, the next you can be a prepster. And I literally LOLed when I read that those boots had actual cow shit on them!

I love the cost/retail comparison that you do! And this look is great. Makes me wish my boyfriend wore more button up shirts so I could try something like this. :)

I am so jealous of girls who can pull off slightly over-sized button down shirts (or, really any kind of over-sized shirt), when I try to do it, it doesn't look at all like I did it on purpose. I end up just looking bulky. :-/ Anyway, super-cute!!!

Thanks for linking up with us on Life Lately this week!

Am Vicky Ben from Canada. I never believed in love spells or magic until i met this spell caster once when i went to Africa in may this year on a business summit. I meant a man who’s name is DR.ogogorotemple@yahoo.com he is really powerful and could help cast spells to bring back one’s gone, lost, misbehaving lover and magic money spell or spell for a good job or luck spell .I’m now happy & a living testimony cos the man i had wanted to marry left me 3 weeks before our wedding and my life was upside down cos our relationship has been on for 4years. I really loved him, but his family was against us and he had no good paying job. So when i met this spell caster, i told Dr Ogogoro what happened and explained the situation of things to him. At first i was undecided, skeptical and doubtful, but i just gave it a try. And in 8 days when i returned to USA, my boyfriend (now husband) called me by himself and came to me apologizing that everything had been settled with his mom and family and he got a new job interview so we should get married. I didn’t believe it cos the spell caster only asked for my name and my boyfriends name and all i wanted him to do. Well we are happily married now and we are expecting our little kid, and my husband also got the new job and our lives became much better. His email is ogogorotemple@yahoo.com

i just want to share my experience and testimony here.. i was married for 6 years to my husband and all of a sudden, another woman came into the picture.. he started hailing me and he was abusive..but i still loved him with all my heart and wanted him at all cost?then he filed for divorce..my whole life was turning apart and i didn't know what to do..he moved out of the house and abandoned the kids.. so someone told me about trying love spell that she use to get back her husband.and introduced me to a spell caster called dr Awase?so i decided to try it reluctantly..although i didn't believe in all those things? then when he did the special prayers and spell, after 2days, my husband came back and was pleading..he had realized his mistakes..i just couldn't believe it.. anyways we are back together now and we are happy..in case anyone needs this man, his email address Awaselovespell@yahoo.com his spells is for a better life. again his email is Awaselovespell@yahoo.com

I recently saw a testimony about chief dr lucky in a blog I visit for relationship and dating counseling problems because i had been having serious issues with my boyfriend and we had been dating for six months, he just suddenly changed, he wasn't returning my calls,he started cheating,he was hurting me in many ways i never thought possible and I just thought I should try it*maybe out of desperation of some sort*..and I contacted chief dr lucky ..At first everything felt dreamy and unbelievable, his consultations and solution was a little bit easy and strange and I was scared a little cause I heard read and heard lots of stories to of fake spell casters, scams and i never really believed in magic..I played along with a little hope and and faith and I sent some few stuffs after everything and it worked like a miracle, everything went to a while new direction,it was and is amazing...I guess it was all good faith that made me read That particular post that faithful day..I hope he could help other people too like he did me...I did a little and I got everything I wanted and wished for*my husband,my family and my life back.
